Project Instructions
Form a loop 1½" from one end of the 18-gauge wire. Slide the key ring into the loop, and finish forming a wire-wrapped loop.
String a rhinestone ball and a blue heart bead onto the wire. Turn a 90° angle, and form a loop. Slide the Love charm into the loop, and finish forming a wire-wrapped loop.
