Step: 1

Costume
Cut white shirt up center to separate.

Step: 2

From white felt, cut two 4-inch x 6-inch pieces and two 1-inch x 5-inch pieces for pockets.

Step: 3

Stitch the 1-inch x 5-inch white felt pieces to the tops of the 4-inch x 6-inch white felt pieces to create the pockets.

Step: 4

Stitch the pockets to each side of the white t-shirt, remembering to leave tops open.

Step: 5

Measure the neckline length and cut a piece of white felt that length and 4-inches deep for the collar.

Step: 6

Stitch the collar piece to the neckline of the white t-shirt, using the collar hemline to stitch to.

Step: 7

Use black marker to make buttons down front of shirt.

Step: 8

Cut bow tie pieces from red felt, layer together and wrap with felt to secure. Sew to top center of white shirt.

Step: 9

Treat Bag
Cut a large triangle and rectangle from yellow foam.

Step: 10

Cut three smaller triangles from black foam and adhere to yellow triangle.

Step: 11

Adhere yellow triangle and rectangle to bag.

Step: 12

Place white foam letters on bag to spell “DANGER” and “CAUTION.”

Step: 13

Place black foam letters on yellow rectangle to spell “TOXIC WASTE.”
