Using a piercing tool, create a hole in the bottom of dress form to fit a dowel rod.
Using the dress form as a template, cut pieces from (Sparkle Pink) and (Gray Print) to form the bodice. Much of the bodice will be covered with flourishes and ribbons to hide any imperfections. Adhere bodice pieces to form.
Cut flourish shapes from (Green Houndstooth) and adhere to bodice.
Cut two rectangular pieces of (Sparkle Pink) and roll into tubes to create arms. Adhere to dress form.
Cut out lace shapes from (Black Houndstooth) and adhere to sleeve openings.
To create the bottom of dress, wrap 12"x12" (Sparkle Pink) into a tubular shape and adhere to the bottom portion of form. Trim as necessary.
Cut strips of (Pink Print) and (Turquoise Roses) to create outer skirt. Adhere to dress form.
Cut three 2½"x36" pieces of tulle. Run the top edges of tulle through a sewing machine to create three gathered pieces of tulle.
Adhere two tulle pieces and lace to the opening of dress.
Adhere remaining tulle to the back of the dress as a bustle.
Adhere flourish cut-outs and ribbons to the dress. Create a corset zig-zag in the back with ribbon.
Insert dowel rod through the center of dress form and the other end into the stand.
Adhere flat-backed pearls to create a necklace.
