- Styrofoam® Piece, Small

- Paintbrushes – Fan and ¾" Flat
- Creatology™ Craft Foam
- Redwood Bead
- Paper Towels
- Water Container
- Palette (or Plastic Plate)
- Jingle Bell
- Grosgrain Ribbon

- Wire, 20 ga.
- Permanent Marker, Fine Point – Black
- Sandpaper, Medium (or Fine) Grit
- Toothpicks
- Thick Craft Glue
- Craft Knife
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step 1 Use scissors to cut two ear shapes from craft foam. Use brush handle or dowel to curl wire for antlers. Set aside.
Step 2 Use craft knife or Styrofoam® cutter to trim Styrofoam® balls into head and body shapes as desired. Use sandpaper to smooth out any ridges.
Step 3 Use fan brush to coat head, body, and tail with MagiKote™. Repeat coats as desired, allowing to dry and sanding between coats.
Step 4 Use ¾" flat brush and Golden Brown to paint head, body, legs, and ears.
Step 5 Assembly: Attach head to body by inserting one end of toothpick into head and other end into body. Place bead of glue around toothpick area and push head and body together. Insert legs, securing with glue. Position and adhere wiggle eyes, nose, tail, and antlers. Thread ribbon through Jingle Bell and tie around neck.
Step 6 Use permanent marker to draw mouth.
