Step: 1

T-Shirt Dress:
Cut slits up and down 8-inches from bottom of shirt and 1-inch apart.

Step: 2

Thread pink ribbon in and out of slits all around shirt. Start in the center so you can tie a bow to cinch waist.

Step: 3

Cut 1-yard lengths of tulle, and thread over the ribbon at waist, bringing the ends together. Use yellow ribbon to tie around the top of the ribbon at the slits to keep in place. Continue around the entire shirt.

Step: 4

Remove flowers from stems and randomly glue to tulle pieces.

Step: 5

Cut lengths of ribbon and tulle and tie together to make embellishments for sleeves. Glue to top of shoulders as desired.

Headdress:
Using floral tape, join 2 pieces of wire together.

Step: 8

Cut flower heads from stems, starting in the center and using floral tape attach flowers to wire. Secure well with tape. Continue to desired size of headdress.

Step: 9

Use tulle ribbon and wrap around headdress covering floral tape.

Step: 10

Wrap headdress with ribbon and tie multi-loop bow. Attach at back with long tails of ribbon.
