Project Instructions
Cover notebook with paper, using tape runner to adhere.
Measure and cut a piece of ribbon that will wrap around notebook, plus 3".
Cut a 6" piece of elastic cording, and tie together at ends.
Thread ribbon through the loop of elastic, bend over 1" and attach with glue.
At other end of ribbon, glue a couple of additional pieces of ribbon as embellishments.
Glue button to end of ribbon.
Wrap ribbon around notebook, looping the elastic cording over button to hold book closed.
