Project Instructions
Base coat frame Blue Sky; lightly sand and reapply base color.
Stencil road with Indigo paint.
Stencil car with Geranium.
Randomly stencil clouds with Wedding Cake.
Randomly stencil assorted small flowers with Wedding Cake, Geranium and Yellow Jacket.
