Project Instructions
For swirl candle, remove rhinestone sticker pieces from backing and place on candle as desired.
Place adhesive tap eon bottom edge of candle. Remove backing and cover with silver microbeads.
Add ribbon to top line of beads.
Cut shank from button and glue it to center of ribbon.
