Project Instructions
Green Mini Cupcake with Blue Bug:
Bake and cool cupcakes according to recipe.
Prepare buttercream icing according to recipe; tint portions blue, green, brown and black.
Ice cupcake smooth with spatula and green icing.
Use tip 6 and blue icing to pipe body; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Use tip 3 and black icing to pipe head; smooth with finder dipped in cornstarch.
Use tip 2 and brown icing to pipe pull-out legs.
Use tip 2 and green icing to pipe eyes.
*Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown.
Green Mini Cupcake with Black Bug:
Bake and cool cupcakes according to recipe.
Prepare buttercream icing according to recipe; tint portions black and green.
Ice cupcake smooth with spatula and green icing.
Use tip 6 and black icing to pipe three balls for body and head; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Use tip 2 and black icing to pipe pull-out legs.
*Combine Violet and Rose for violet shown.
*Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown.
