- Pencil
- Acrylic Paint
- Scissors
- Paint Brush - Various Sizes
Project Instructions
Cut a piece of white felt into a rectangle.
Cut edges into narrow strips on the ends to make blanket fringe.
Use a pencil to make straight lines across the blanket as a guide.
Paint lines across blanket with a variety of colors. Let dry.
