- Twill Iron-on Patches
- Felt Squares – White and Black
- Fabric Glue (or Needle and Thread)
Step 1 Cut the patch large enough to cover hole in garment, but closely resembling an open mouth.
Step 2 Using the mouth patch as a template, lay it on top of the white felt and cut around the patch, so that the felt will have the same shape and size.
Step 3 Cut teeth into the felt.
Step 4 Cut black and white round pieces for the felt eyes.
Step 5 Following the instructions on the package, apply the mouth patch over your opening.
Step 6 Glue or stitch the felt pieces on top to create the face.
