Project Instructions
Fill hurricane with a mixture of both sizes and colors of glass ornaments.
Cut starbursts from stem and insert in between ornaments as shown.
Weave ribbon in wreath using the glass beads to hold ribbons in place.
Tie multi-loop bow and add to wreath.
Tips
Place on a charger if so desired.
