Project Instructions

Step 1 Cut a 4"x5¼" piece of blue cardstock. Adhere this to the center of your card.

Step 2 Cut two 3¾"x2¼" pieces of cardstock from your desired print in the Industrial Chic Stack. Adhere them to the center of your card as shown, leaving ¼" between the two pieces.

Step 3 Cut a 2¾"x3½" piece of gray cardstock. Insert this in your embossing fold and run through your machine. Once embossed, adhere to the center of your card.

Step 4 Cut a shield using a coordinating print from the Industrial Chic Stack. Punch a hole on each side and insert an eyelet as shown. Cut out desired icon from another print in the stack (we used a key) and adhere this to the right side of the shield. Thread a piece of white twine through both holes and wrap around the back of the card, tying it off where desired. If not already in place, slip onto the bottom of the card.

Step 5 Cut out a frame shape, using a third print from the Industrial Chic Stack. Cut out the ornate outline using the black cardstock sheet. Adhere these together as shown and then adhere the set to the front of the card using adhesive foam squares.

Step 6 Cut out a graduation cap and tassel using the black and gray cardstock sheets. Adhere the set to the center of the frame from Step 5.

Step 7 Finish the card by embellishing with buttons where desired.

Step 8 Write your personalized message inside and deliver to the lucky recipient.
