Paint the inside and outside edges of the frame black. Allow to dry.
Using the v-notch trowel from the applicator set, apply adhesive to a small portion of the frame.
Using a wooden craft stick from the applicator set apply glue to the back of a mosaic bean and apply to top left-hand corner of the frame. Continue applying beans in a circle to create the center of the flower.
Next apply tiles around the beans in a circle to create the petals, using the shimmer and sparkle tile colors. Leave 1/16" to 1/8" gaps between tiles for grout. Use the blue color family tiles to fill in the space between the flowers as you go. Continue creating flowers until you have covered the entire surface with mosaic tile and beans as in the photo. Allow the adhesive to dry overnight.
Pour some grout in a bowl and slowly add water while mixing with a craft stick until the grout is the consistency of a thick creamy paste. Using the grout spreader tool from the applicator set, scoop out the grout and spread it over the tiles and into the gaps between the tiles. Work the grout into the crevices until it becomes smooth and level with the tile surface. Wait ten minutes for it to harden slightly.
Dampen the sponge from the applicator set, squeezing out excess water. Gently wipe the tile surface with the sponge, removing excess grout from all surfaces. Allow the grout to dry overnight.
Gently loosen any remaining excess grout from tile with a craft stick and polish with a clean cloth.
Insert a picture in the frame.
