Project Instructions

Paint the frame with Hauser Light Green (or color to match your paper). Let dry thoroughly.

Trace the frame shape onto scrapbook papers then cut out. We used two different scrapbook papers, one for the lower part of the frame and a complimentary color for the upper part of the frame.

Brush the front of the frame with Mod Podge, then apply the papers to the frame, smoothing paper onto the frame with your hands to eliminate any air bubbles.

When paper is thoroughly dry, sand the edges of the paper to distress.

Apply 5mm Brown mosaic squares across the seam line of the two papers.

At the center of the frame, apply two Brown and two Rust mosaic squares to create the larger square.

Apply three Brown squares at each side of the larger square as shown in photo.

Apply a 5mm Rust square to the center of each 10mm Brown square and to the center of the larger square.

Refer to photo, then repeat the mosaic design motif at the left and right sides of the frame.
