Quick Tip: See Donna’s Quick Class for close up instruction on how to Double Load your paint Brush!
While paint is still wet, start the second petal, overlapping the first. Then, add the third petal.
Add the rose bud to the center of the rose.
Add the filler petals, using 5/8” angular brush.
Leaves: see the pattern for step by step instructions!
The steps for painting the leaves are very similar for painting the rose petals.
Double load the ¾” Flat brush with Thicket, Wicker White and Dioxazine Purple. Start at the top and pull down to the bottom, using the wiggle’ stroke.
Add Stems, Flipped leaves and small leaves as desired.
