    Time Required:

    10 minutes

    Materials

    • T-Shirt – Color of Choice
    • Iron-on – Design(s) of Choice
    • Iron

    Instructions

    1. Paint child’s hand and print each hand side by side, fingers pointed upward and again pointed downward, as shown. Let dry.
    2. Lightly outline handprints with a pencil to create butterfly.
    3. Follow outline with Tulip® Slick® paint.
    4. Gently lay one or two pieces of computer paper over the black outlines, then rub your hand over the paper to smash the black lines. Remove paper and allow to dry.

    Time Required:

    20 minutes plus drying time

    Materials

    • Craft Paint – Color of Choice
    • Foam Brush
    • Pencil
    • T-Shirt Board
    • Tulip® Slick® Paint – Black
    • Computer Paper (2)

    Instructions

    Time Required:

    30 minutes

    Materials

    • Recycled T-Shirt
    • Sizzix®
    • Sizzix® Die – Circles #2
    • VELCRO® Dots (or Low Heat Glue Gun)
    • Aleene’s® Fast Grab™ Tacky Glue
    • Ballet Flats (or Shoes of Choice)

    Instructions

    1. Cut the following circles out of the T-shirt from the Sizzix® circle die: eight large, four next largest and three the second to smallest.
    2. Cut a 1" circle out of felt. This will be the base to glue on the T-shirt flower.
    3. Fold four of the largest size circles from the Sizzix® circle die into fourths. Use a drop of Aleene’s® Fast Grab™ Tacky Glue to hold the fold in half and in fourths. Glue four of these to the felt circle in a 12-3-6-9 clock manner.
    4. Repeat Step 3 with the remaining large circles and glue another layer to the top of the T-shirt folded circles covering the gaps.
    5. Repeat Step 3 with the four of the next size circles and layer.
    6. Fold the three smaller circles into fourths and then form a cone. Glue tips to the very center of the flower. Use image as your guide.
    7. Use your fingers to separate the folds and make the flower look full. Set flower aside.
    8. Repeat Steps 1-7 for second flower.
    9. Add to shoes with VELCRO® dots (or low heat glue gun).
