Project Instructions

  1. Cut one piece of white felt 2" wide and 6" long. Glue to the top of the apron as shown.
  2. Cut 1" circles out of each of the following colors of felt: yellow, red, orange, blue and green. Glue the circles along the white strip of felt.
  3. Personalize the child's name on the color dots with blue fabric paint.
  4. Cut shapes out of the yellow, green and orange felt for paint spots along the pockets at the bottom of the apron.
  5. Cut 3 strips of blue felt for paintbrush handles. Cut 3 white tips to represent the bristles of the paintbrushes. Glue together to form the brush and glue in place on the apron. Cut small strips of yellow to finish the paintbrush using the photo as your guide.
  6. Use the fabric paint to add color to the tip of one of the paintbrushes. Let dry.
  7. Glue all of the paint spots, name tag and paintbrush pieces to the apron. Let dry.

Remember to cut more paint dots for the name tag for longer names.
