Cut chain to your desired length.
Attach a jump ring to one end and a lobster claw to the other end of the chain.
Cut another 3" length of chain.
Place a jump ring at 1/3 mark on the 3" length of chain.
On either end of the 3" length of chain, attach the charms with jump rings.
To make the tassel, wrap the leather cording and beading string around a 2½" square piece of cardboard.
Cut only one end of the wrapped bundle with scissors.
Wrap a piece of wire around the center point of the bundle to secure the strands together.
Feed the extra wire up through the bead cone, pulling the cording bundle with it.
Bend the wire to a right angle and begin rolling the wire to form a loop. Wrap the ends around the stem of the wire to form a wrapped wire loop.
Attach the tassel to a jump ring.
Place one large jump ring at the center front of the necklace chain length.
Place all components (i.e. tassel, charms and chain with charm) onto the large jump ring.
