Nautical Favor Box
For this look, add grommets and a custom stamped or patterned paper border to the Gartner Studios white handle favor box. Add the candy, wrap the top with baker’s twine and add a Thank You tag. Use other Michaels nautical elements to help accent the table.

- Computer and Printer
- Navy Blue Cardstock
- Compass Stamp
- Ink Pad
- Baker’s Twine, Red/White
- Circle Punch
- Acetate Sheet
- Grommet
- Double-Sided Tape
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Candy or Treat of choice
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Use computer to create and print message onto favor tag.
Step: 2
Use stamp and ink pad to create design on navy blue paper; let dry. Measure stamped paper and cut to same width as favor box and approximately 4-inches high.
Step: 3
Use circle punch to punch hole in center of favor box. Insert grommet into hole and secure. Tape a small piece of acetate over hole inside box. Fill box with candy or treat of choice.
Step: 4
Fold stamped paper in half and slide over handles of favor box. Tape in place.
Step: 5
Thread baker’s twine through tag. Wrap around box and tie knot to secure.
