Project Instructions

Step: 1

Sort shells by size. Place pattern into frame.

Step: 2

Position shells over pattern. Refer to photo for placement. Lay frame flat on work surface.

Step: 3

Remove shells. Place onto cardboard. Working with one shell at a time, apply a thin, even coat of Clear Gel Tacky Glue onto surface of shell, using paintbrush. Immediately pour Silver Fashion Glitter onto wet glue. Let dry. Tap excess glitter from each shell onto scratch paper.

Step: 4

Place star pattern into frame. Start flow of Deep Red on paper towel, using an even pressure on bottle for a smooth line. Fill each star with an even application of Deep Red. Immediately pour Red Fashion Glitter onto wet paint. Let dry. Tap off excess glitter.

Step: 5

Squeeze a puddle of Liquid Fusion Clear Urethane Glue onto foil. Smooth glue to create a puddle slightly larger than largest shell. Position shells onto frame. Pick up a shell and press into puddle of glue, making sure glue is applied along rim of shell. Press into position on frame. Repeat procedure to apply remaining shells. Let dry.

Step: 6

Trim royal blue paper to fit into frame. Trim photo as desired. Apply a thin dab of Clear Gel Tacky Glue onto each corner on back of photo, using finger. Smooth photo into place. Let dry. Insert into frame.

Step: 7

Tie ribbon into a bow at upper edge of frame.

Tips
