Step: 1

Cut one 4¾-inch x 4¾-inch block of silver and white pinstriped cardstock. Cut one 3-inch x 3-inch block of black cardstock. Adhere together.

Step: 2

Cut fame. Using Wild Card cartridge and white cardstock, select Real Dial Size, select Frame feature, and cut one 4½-inch <Father>. Adhere to pinstriped block.

Step: 3

Cut Happy New Year. Using aqua cardstock, select Phrase feature and cut one 8-inch <Celebrat>. Spray back with adhesive and apply to center of block.

Step: 4

Cut fireworks. Using Stand and Salute cartridge and silver cardstock, cut one 1¼-inch <Firewrks>. Adhere to pinstriped block as shown.

Step: 5

Fill bag with streamers. Slide pinstriped block inside bag.

Step: 6

Cut tag. Using Wedding cartridge and pinstriped cardstock, cut one 3½-inch <Tag2>. Using aqua cardstock, select Blackout feature and cut one 3½-inch <Tag2>. Layer together.

Step: 7

Cut Cheers. Using Wild Card cartridge and aqua cardstock, select Phrase feature, press Shift, and cut one 5½-inch <Celbrt-s>. Adhere to tag.

Step: 8

Tie top of bag with ribbons and tulle, securing tag to bag.
