Project Instructions

Using a chipboard book page as a template, trace around all sides and scalloped edge with pencil on red cardstock. Cut four pieces along pencil outlines.

Glue red cardstock to one side of each chipboard page.

Cut four rectangle shapes from green cardstock, slightly smaller than chipboard page, and glue in place on top of the red.

On white cardstock, trace out letters to spell "NOEL" in desired font. Cut out each letter.

Coat each letter with glue and shake out gold glitter to coat letter surface completely.

When completely dry, shake off excess glitter and glue letter to center of each red chipboard page.

Snip rhinestone swirls into three sections and apply to "N, E and L" pages as shown.

Add lace trims to "O and L" pages as shown.

Glue flowers in layered positions as shown.

Thread gold ribbon through holes on top of each page and hang banner.
