Project Instructions
Insert basket with paper shred.
Fill basket with all goodies.
Sprinkle the ball filler around your items.
Cut large enough packaging wrap to cover the basket from underneath up.
Gather wrap on top and secure with a chenille stem.
Tie multi-loop bow and attach to basket.
