Project Instructions

Cut 12" piece of Beadalon® 20 ga. wire.

Slide one of the wire end through two top holes of the oval.

Slide other end through the two bottom holes of the oval.

Find desired size on ring mandrel, and using chain nose pliers, gently pull wires taut. Pull one at a time.

Pull one of the wire ends through the top hole. Then pull other wire through bottom hole.

Using round nose pliers stretch one wire along the side of the oval plaque and wrap around the double wires twice. Trim excess.

Repeat previous step with opposite side.

The wires should criss-cross at the bottom of the ring.

Cut two 18" pieces of 26 ga. wire.

Slide one of the 26 ga. wire end through the oval plaque hole and begin wrapping around the single wire. Continue wrapping entire single wire. When you get to the top, feed wire through oval plaque hole twice.

Trim excess wire on each end and tuck in sharp edges using chain nose pliers.

Repeat previous two steps with double wires. Where the wires cross, wrap around all wires to hold all securely in place.

Place ring back on mandrel and gently hammer wraps down flat.

This project is for Size 7 ring. Adjust length up or down for other sizes. Adult supervision is required at all times.
