Painted Fringe T-Shirt
Fringed T-Shirts are a great way to jazz up an old Tee. Paint an arrow, or whatever symbol is meaningful to you on the front for a one-of-a-kind look.

Material List
- T-shirt,V-neck
- Tulip® Paint – Crimson Red, Chocolate Matte and Olive
- Iron-on Distressed Numbers – White
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Paintbrush, Small
- Iron
- Ruler
Project Instructions
Lay T-shirt flat on table. Draw a pencil line across T-shirt with a ruler, where you want the fringe to stop.
Cut off bottom hem of T-shirt.
Begin to cut fringe, starting at the middle of the shirt, cutting from bottom up. Cut strips ½" wide.
Cut off hem of sleeves.
If the shirt is a V-neck, leave as is. If the shirt has a round neck, you may cut a V-neck, if desired.
Paint an arrow on the shirt and paint with Tulip® brown, red, and green. Let dry.
Place the iron-on numbers in the center of the arrow and follow package instructions.
