- Hole Punch
- Celebrate It® Ribbon – Color of Choice

Project Instructions
Cut scrapbook paper to 4¼"x3½".
Fold paper in the middle, over the top of the bag.
Using hole punch, punch approximately 1½" apart and thread ribbon through and tie in a bow.
