Project Instructions

Paper Craft Snowman

Print and trace patterns (download below) or design your own snowman on construction paper.

Cut out shapes.

Use a glue stick to attach to the background. Let dry.

Glue on wiggle eyes.

Add snow in the background with silver glitter glue. Let dry.

Paper Craft Snow Family

Tape together two pieces of white cardstock, making one long piece.

Fold paper like an accordion, keeping the folds 4" apart. Cut off any extra paper.

Print and trace snowman pattern (download below) onto the folded paper. Cut out carefully. Do not cut the sides where the paper is folded. This is what holds it together.

Make a copy of your family’s photograph and cut out their faces in circles. Make sure to enlarge or reduce to your snowman’s face size. This may need the help of an adult.

Use tape runner to attach the face to the snowman.

Trace the snowman’s hat onto different colors of scrapbook paper. Tape to the white snowman’s hat.

Tie a ribbon around each snowman’s neck. Tape down ends of scarf.

Glue buttons or cut out circles to finish snowman’s body.

Stand up snowman to decorate.

Craft Notes

An adult can help with cutting if needed.
