Project Instructions
Step: 1
Tie polka dot fabric ribbon pieces randomly onto ball.
Step: 2
Using wired legs on birds, twist around twigs in ball to apply birds.
Step: 3
Glue gems and epoxy crystal stickers to ball randomly.
Step: 4
Tie pearled ribbon to top for hanger.
