Project Instructions
Cut strips of fabric or velvet to approximately ¼" wide. Tie fabric onto headband at one end and secure the knot with glue. Working in 2" sections, apply thin line of glue to the headband, spreading with a toothpick. Continue wrapping the fabric around the headband, as desired. Finish at the opposite end and secure with another knot. Use a piece of tape to hold ends in place until glue is completely dry.
Remove jump ring from Paris flower pendant. Put a drop of glue on back of flower and secure to headband on either side, approximately 3" from bottom. Secure with clamp until dry.
Use lace and ball trim to wrap decoratively around headband. Secure by tying small pieces of tulle (or fibers of your choice) in knots in various places around headband. After you tie the knot, cut and leave about ¼" to ½" ends for small bows around headband.
