Project Instructions
Step: 1
Glue boa around hat as shown.
Step: 2
Cut ribbon to fit around hat as shown, secure with glue.
Step: 3
Glue chipboard tag and embellishments to ribbon as shown.
Step: 4
Place number stickers in tag as shown.
Step: 5
Wrap star garland around hat as show, secure with glue.
