Project Instructions
Create card base from Kraft cardstock.
Cover front of card with the Silhouettes paper. Stitch around the edge of card. Ink edges.
Print sentiment onto Kraft cardstock. Ink edges.
Use edge from Silhouettes paper and adhere to back edge of the sentiment. Stitch around the edges. Ink edges and adhere strip to card.
Add Peanuts® stickers and party hat accents.
