Project Instructions

Step: 1

Carefully open and then close the chain links to attach each end of a 16-inch to 17-inch length of I chain to the toggle.

Step: 2

On a 15-inch length of tiger tail, center a D and then working each side in the same pattern, add A, B, D, A, B, D, etc until there are a total of 25 beads; add a crimp bead to the end of each side and then center this strand along the length of the chain and attach by running the tiger tail through corresponding links on each side, reversing the wire and running it back through the crimp bead and several beads along the strand; tighten the beads so that they sit together nicely without being too tight and then flatten the crimps.

Step: 3

On a 22-inch length of tiger tail, thread from the middle out, working the same pattern on each side: center 2 D, C, D, C, D, C, D, G, D, G, D, G, D, G, D, A, D, A, D, A, D; add 2 crimp beads to the end of each wire and attach to the toggle making certain to encase the short end of the wire within the first several beads.

Step: 4

On a 22-inch length of tiger tail, threading again from the middle out, center the pendant and then A, E, A, F, A, E, A, F, A, E, A, F; continue in this pattern until there are 5 E beads. Next thread A, G, A, E, A, G, A, again continuing in pattern until the same length as the other strands. Finish off the strands the same way as in prior steps. Clip all excess wire close to beads.
