Project Instructions
- Print pattern. Cut penguin out of felt and glue together as shown.
- Glue penguin to front of tote.
- Cut snow drift from white felt and glue across the top edge of tote.
- Cut a ¾" x 5 ¾" strip of orange felt and glue along center of snow.
- Glue black and white buttons along orange strip.
- Glue beak and eyes in place.
