Project Instructions

  1. Remove cardboard backing from frame.
  2. Paint frame blue. Let dry.
  3. Glue white pom pom to top of penguin's hat.
  4. Remove backing from snowflake stickers and place on frame.
  5. Glue penguin to left bottom of frame.

Tips

Change out the wood ornament for any occasion or decor.
