- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Simple Circle Cutter
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Ribbon (color of choice)
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Permanent Adhesive Roll Tape
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Screw Punch
- Large Letter Stickers
Project Instructions
Determine color scheme and size of banner. Using the simple circle cutter, cut each circle layer ¼-inch to ½-inch smaller than the other.
Layer using the adhesive tape.
Punch holes to thread ribbon with the screw punch.
Thread ribbon, leaving a tail long enough to hang in desired location. Add stickers to personalize.
