- Terrifically Tacky Tape®
- Ribbon – Color of Choice
- Beads – Color of Choice
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Cut scrapbook paper to 4" tall and long enough to wrap around pillar candle with a 1" overlap. Secure with Terrifically Tacky Tape®.
Wrap ribbon around pillar candle and secure each round with a bead. See image for visual.
Tie extra ribbons for a tassle look and embellish with beads.
