Stitch onto bottom corner of stiffened felt. Hot glue the jewelry element into the center of the recycled flower. Small black flowers with pearls are also jewelry elements.

To create the tulle puff, start with 4 yards of tulle. Fold in half, then in half again, then in half again, tie in the center with another piece of tulle and make a bow. Trim edges of both ends of your bow and fluff. Stitch to stiffened felt.

Cut 2 yards of tulle, place center of one yard piece. into hole on stiffened felt and slip knot tulle. Repeat on other end. Tie to pillow.
