Project Instructions
Step 1 Cut strands of ribbon 24" long.
Step 2 Gather ribbon to create tassel for chair, then add more ribbon for a fuller look.
Step 3 Fold ribbon in half.
Step 4 Tie additional piece of ribbon 2" from top of fold.
Step 5 Drape tassel over chair backs.
