- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Double-stick Tape, Removable
Project Instructions
Step 1 Attach ribbon to wall using double-stick removable tape.
Step 2 Create fans, using pom ball. Do not fluff or fan out.
Step 3 Attach to ribbon at different lengths using hot glue.
