- Celebrate It!® Satin Ribbon, 5/8" – Yellow
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step 1
Wrap ribbon lengthwise on back of chair, and secure with glue.
Step 2
Unfold paper pom pom to create circle.
Step 3
Hot glue paper fan in center to cover the spot where the ribbon ends meet.
