- Ribbon – Assorted Styles and Colors
- Wire, Heavy Gauge
Project Instructions
Step 1 Assemble tissue pom poms according to directions on package.
Step 2 Attach ribbon of choice to pom poms using hot glue.
Step 3 Cluster pom poms at various lengths.
Step 4 Add ribbon of choice to bottom of pom poms. Ribbon should be floor length, enough to create a puddle of ribbon.
Step 5 Attach entire piece to ceiling using wire.
