Project Instructions
Download, print and cut out the tiara template.
Place the template on the front of the hat and trace the outline lightly with a pencil.
Use the silver glitter glue to trace over the pencil.
Using the template as a guide, freehand draw the rest of the tiara with the glitter glue.
Lightly apply glitter glue around the rim of the hat.
Allow glitter glue to dry for approximately 30 minutes.
Use foam glue to attach ten gemstones around the tiara.
