Step: 1

Tinkerbell Top:
Cut sleeves from t-Shirt. At bottom of shirt cut triangles all around shirt. Refer to photo.

Step: 2

Cut assorted leaf shapes from the 2 colors of felt.

Step: 3

Starting with largest leaves, glue around the neckline of shirt.

Step: 4

Continue with smaller leaves and glue in between largest leaves all around neckline. Finish with the smallest leaves, and glue between the last leaves.

Step: 5

Glue rhinestones to tips of leaves as desired.

Step: 6

Skirt:
Measure waist and add 12-inches for bow using widest ribbon.

Step: 7

Cut ½ yard pieces of tulle ribbon—making it as full as desired. Cut ends to point like petals.

Step: 8

Place tulle pieces over waist band ribbon, and bring ends together at bottom. Use ribbon to tie at the top to hold in place, leaving tails desired lengths.

Step: 9

Glue rhinestones on tulle petals as desired.

Step: 10

Petal Hat
Cut 6-inch petals from purple felt—glue tips together to form hat.

Step: 11

Cut 4 dark green 5-inch petals and glue on top of purple petals.

Step: 12

Cut 4 light green 4-inch petals and glue on top of dark petals. Refer to photo for placement.

Step: 13

Cut 8 dark green 3-inch petals and glue on top of dark petals as shown.

Step: 14

Cut 4-inch cone from dark green felt, roll into cone shape and secure with glue. Glue to center of hat where leaves all come together.

Step: 15

Glue flower around stem.
