Step 1 Close all four of the heavy, 16-gauge jump rings. Cut a 3" piece of 24-gauge wire. Leave a 1" tail, and wrap the wire three times around one side of a heavy 16-gauge jump ring. String a ruby 6x8mm rondelle on the wire. Pull the wire across the jump ring, keeping it taut, and wrap three times around the opposite side. Trim off both wire ends, and squeeze the wire against the jump ring using the tip of chain-nose pliers. Repeat three more times.
Step 2 Open all ten 18-gauge silver jump rings. Slide a flower connector onto an open 18-gauge jump ring. Slide on a beaded jump ring component completed in Step 1. Close the jump ring. Attach a second jump ring through the beaded ring component and another flower spacer. Close the jump ring. Repeat until all of the flowers and beaded rings are connected.
Step 3 One end of the chain will terminate with a beaded ring component. To this component, attach two 18-gauge jump rings, adding the toggle bar to the second jump ring.
Step 4 The other end of the chain will terminate with a flower component. To the flower, attach one 18-gauge jump ring and the loop portion of the toggle.
