Wash tumblers with warm, soapy water; rinse, dry. Wipe with rubbing alcohol; let dry.
Apply a strip of glass patterning tape at the top of each tumbler to provide an even margin. To paint color dots on clear, simply load pouncer from stencil tool set and apply polka dots randomly. To create clear dots, cut circles from glass patterning tape; randomly apply to tumblers. Use pouncer to apply a solid coat of desired paint color.
Remove tape when tumblers are dry.
Before using, glass projects must cure to ensure durability. Either air cure for 21 days, or bake to cure as follows. Place painted project in cool oven; set oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven, allowing glass to cool completely in oven. Wait 72 hours before using.
