Project Instructions
Step: 1
Draw desired flowers and shapes with paint pens onto mug, let dry between colors.
Step: 2
Remove backing from rhinestones and add to flowers as desired.
Step: 3
Fill mug with floral foam. Cut stems from flowers to desired height and insert into foam.
Step: 4
Curl chenille stems and insert into foam as desired.
