Cut two pieces of wide turquoise ribbon to fit across hat box lid and tuck inside. Gather each piece of ribbon in center and wrap floral wire. Attach tot op of hat box in a “X” pattern and secure with glue inside lid.

Create a tail by cutting and gluing two 6" pieces of glitter ribbon onto hat box lid.

Glue tulle over “X” in large loops.

Create box by wrapping ribbons ion large loops around your hand. Tie center with floral wire and separate loops. Glue on box lid at center “X” Continue to shape bow.
