Project Instructions
- Use the stapler to attach the pink feather boa around the bottom edge of the princess hat. Trim the excess once you have gone around the entire edge.
- Use the hole punch to make a hole at the top point of the hat about half an inch down. Cut ribbon the same length as the tulle that comes with the princess hat. Tie on desired number of ribbons through the hole at the top of the hat. Tie 3-4 beads at the end of each ribbon and knot a few times to keep the beads from falling off.
- Cut out flower shapes from the assorted cardstock paper. Mix up the colors of the petals and stack 3-5 together to form a flower shape. Push a brad through the petals and the foam hat at desired area and fasten to inside of hat. Repeat as desired.
- Glue the acrylic jewels around the sides of the hat until desired look is achieved. Let dry. Then use Glitter Glue to add designs and let dry.
