Project Instructions

Cut one 8½" piece of purple tiger tail. Slide a crimp bead onto the end of the tiger tail. Next, take the end of the wire and loop it back through the crimp bead, leaving a small amount of extra wire as a tail. Using the flat section of the rosary pliers, flatten the crimp bead to secure. String on beads in the following pattern; one small purple seed bead, one faceted clear purple bead, one small purple seed bead, one hematite bicone bead, one small purple seed bead. Place a large purple bling bead in the center. To finish the strand, slide a crimp bead onto the end of the tiger tail. Take the end of the wire and loop it back through the crimp bead, inserting the tail back through the beads on the strand. Using the flat section of the rosary pliers, flatten the crimp bead to secure.

String on four inches of purple seed beads. Twist wire around the first strand of beads on one side of the center purple bling bead. String on four more inches of seed beads. To finish the strand, slide a crimp bead onto the end of the tiger tail. Take the end of the wire and loop it back through the crimp bead, inserting the tail back through the beads on the strand. Using the flat section of the rosary pliers, flatten the crimp bead to secure. Cut a 3" piece of tiger tail. Insert through both loop ends, twist together, and insert one bicone bead. Using the round nose pliers, create a loop. Twist wire tail around the bottom of the loop and trim off excess. Repeat on other side of necklace.

Cut two 4" pieces of chain. Attach to the loops on the beaded strand. Add a lobster clasp to complete.
